Email deliverability

Improve your email deliverability.

BraiseInbox connects your inbox to a network of real addresses that interact with your emails (opens, replies, not-spam signals) to train your sender reputation with Gmail and Outlook.

The problem

Most emails don't land in spam because of their content.

Gmail and Outlook decide where an email goes mainly from the sender's reputation: its domain and address. That reputation is built on the history of interactions your messages receive.

A weak or brand-new reputation

A recent or rarely-used domain has no engagement history. Providers filter cautiously: promotions tab, or even spam.

Few engagement signals

If your emails are rarely opened, read or marked as legitimate, the algorithms infer they hold little value for the recipient.

Suspicious sending spikes

Jumping from low volume to hundreds of daily sends, with no history, looks like risky behavior and triggers filtering.

The result: legitimate emails miss the inbox, and leads are lost before they're even read.

How it works

Three steps, one transparent mechanism.

BraiseInbox doesn't "trick" the filters: it generates genuine engagement signals, the very ones providers use to assess a sender.

1

Connect your inbox

You link your Gmail or Outlook address via OAuth in a few clicks. BraiseInbox never stores your password and sends nothing on your behalf outside a defined scope.

2

The network interacts

Your inbox joins a network of real addresses. They exchange emails with yours, open them, reply, and move them out of spam and promotions.

3

Your reputation improves

These regular, positive signals train Gmail's and Outlook's algorithms to see your sender as trustworthy. Your emails reach the primary inbox more reliably.

The network effect

The heart of the concept: a network of real addresses.

Reputation is built with counterparts, not in a vacuum. The more active and varied addresses the network holds, the more credible and diverse the engagement signals.

Real interactions

Signals come from genuine inboxes that open, read and reply, not throwaway fake accounts.

Diversity

Varied addresses, domains and providers: the engagement looks like that of an authentic audience.

Reciprocity

Every member contributes to the others' signals. The model takes after Podawaa for LinkedIn, applied here to email deliverability rather than visibility.

BraiseInbox is a reputation and deliverability tool (a standard email practice) not a way to bypass spam filters.

Testimonials

What users say.

What the teams who connected their inboxes to BraiseInbox have to say.

In three weeks, our primary inbox rate went from around half to over 80%. Our outreach campaigns finally deliver the results we expected.

Camille Laurent
Head of Sales, Northbound

We were handling warm-up by hand, which was time-consuming and fragile. BraiseInbox automated it and our reputation stayed stable even as we scaled volume across several domains.

Thomas Mercier
Growth Manager, Klera

Our transactional emails were landing in spam too often. Since we connected our inboxes, complaints have dropped and deliverability is reliable again.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Does BraiseInbox store my password?

No. The connection uses OAuth (Google, Microsoft). You grant a scoped access, revocable at any time from your Gmail or Outlook account, without ever sharing your password with us.

Is my data GDPR-compliant?

The service is built with GDPR in mind: data minimization, defined purpose, right of access and erasure. See our privacy policy for the detail of processing activities.

Which providers are supported?

Gmail (and Google Workspace) as well as Outlook / Microsoft 365. Other providers may be added based on demand.

How long does warm-up take?

The duration depends on your domain's age, your starting reputation and your sending volume. Reputation builds gradually over several weeks; the score tracking shows you the progress.

Could I get penalized?

BraiseInbox generates real, gradual engagement signals, like healthy emailing activity. It's a standard reputation practice, not an attempt to bypass filters. You keep control of the volume and the connected inboxes.

Does BraiseInbox guarantee inbox placement?

No serious player can guarantee 100% placement: the final decision rests with the providers. BraiseInbox improves the signals that influence that decision and gives you visibility on the progress.
